Subramanya Desai (Subbu)
About 20 plus years of experience managing various HR functions, with a specialized focus on Global Talent Acquisition. He has worked in Industry segments such as manufacturing, Sales, Engineering, IT/ITES, and Education. He has managed to hire for Global geographies that include Americas, EMEA, and SEAI. His prior assignments include senior roles at Career International, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited (Consumer), Crompton Greaves Limited (Power, Industrial, Consumer), Eaton, Honeywell, Sasken. Subbu is a Post Graduate in Environmental Sciences from Bharatidasan University.
Pooja Naveen (Pooja)
Over 20 years of experience in the HR industry in both Product and IT services Companies. Pooja worked as Head of Operations at Career International – India in her last assignment. Prior to this, she worked in various HR/Talent Acquisition roles in companies that include Atos India, Tejas Networks, Dell Services, Philips and ITC Infotech. Pooja has graduated from Bangalore University and holds a PG Diploma in Human Resources from IMT, Ghaziabad.
